SMS Terms

Note: We do not currently send SMS messages to site visitors. This page describes terms that would apply if we add SMS in the future. For now, all communication is by email or phone.

Current status

We do not currently collect phone numbers or send text messages through this site. We communicate with you by email (for buyer alerts) and phone (by request). This page is in place so our terms are clear if we add SMS features down the road.

If we add SMS

Opt-in only: We will never send you SMS unless you explicitly opt in. We'll present a checkbox or keyword opt-in flow (like texting a keyword to a number) and you'll have to confirm before messages start.

Message frequency: We'll be clear about how often you'll hear from us—for example, "up to 2 messages per week" for listing alerts. We won't spam you.

Message and data rates: Standard text message rates may apply depending on your phone plan. Check with your wireless carrier.

Stop and help: Every message will include instructions. Reply STOP to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for customer service information.

Your phone number is private: We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing. It's used only for the SMS service you've opted into.

Legal context

If and when we launch SMS, we'll comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws. This means respecting do-not-call registries, honoring opt-out requests, and maintaining clear disclosures.
